Want to Submit?

You may submit a maximum of 3 pieces per special edition. If you submit more, only the first 3 received will be considered for publication. If you wish to submit multiple pieces, please ensure that you only send ONE piece per form.

 

Simultaneous submissions are allowed as long as it is explicitly disclosed; you must state that the piece you are submitting is currently undergoing consideration in another location at the end of the submission form. Along with this statement, include a plan of action if your piece is to be accepted in either location.

 

Previously submitted pieces are not allowed to ensure honesty and integrity.

 

If you have a specific artwork you would like to be associated with your piece, please feel free to share!

All submissions will be collected through a Google Form, which will include a dropbox for your piece(s). Please ensure that you are submitting a .docx file instead of .pdf to ensure ease of editing and communication. If a .docx file is not submitted, you will receive a warning email. If the issue is not resolved within 48 hours, your piece will not be considered for submission in the respective edition—however, you are more than welcome to submit again!

 

Please also ensure that all submitted works are in Times New Roman font, size 12, double spaced. If another font type, size, and/or spacing are required to create the proper effect with your piece, please include that statement at the end of the submission Google Form.

 

Any and all trigger warnings for your pieces should be located at the top of your document, as well as given in the submission form.

• Contributors do not receive any monetary compensation for their work.

• Upon piece acceptance, you agree to grant The Elysian Chronicles First North American Serial and Electronic Rights. Upon piece publication, all rights are returned to you.

• If you are not yet 13 years of age and do not attach a guardian consent form with your submission(s), you will not be considered for the issue you have submitted to. However, you will be able to submit to other issues, granted you have signed the guardian consent form and follow the other guidelines.

• The Elysian Chronicles is not liable for any intellectual property violations that occur due to the publishing of your piece(s) in our editions as, by submitting, you are giving us the right to share your work with our audience.

If you are not yet 13 years old and would like to submit to The Elysian Chronicles, you are more than welcome to join our community!
